Returns & Refunds
What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept returns in new & unworn condition, with original tags/packaging attached for a full refund. Please note that return shipping is the responsbibility of the customer and is non-refundable, we recommend using a trackable service.
Please do note that all underwear (e.g. Bralette sets) and pierced jewelry are final sale and refunds/returns will not be accepted for hygeine reasons.
You have 14 days from the ship date to return items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please do contact us with any queries at all.
Within the UK, parcels will be dispatched either with Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class or Standard 2nd Class. Outside of the UK, parcels will be dispatched with International Tracked & Signed.
UK shipments will typically arrive between 1-5 days following the placement of your order.
Worldwide shipments may take between 5-20 days depending on the delivery method chosen. We aim to fulfil orders once a week in order to reduce our travel footprint, however, if you need your order to arrive sooner, please drop us an email or a message through our contact form and we will ensure to ship at a suitable time for you at no extra cost.
